The Crazy Career Path of Otis Floyd

In this clip from the Mission Control podcast, Otis Floyd shares his journey of starting out playing professional football to eventually running a successful roofing company. Before founding Paramount Roofing and Consulting in Georgia, Otis spent time with the Washington Commanders before a ten-year career in Canada, where he captured two Grey Cup championships. Despite being an undersized kid who was constantly told what he couldn't achieve , he used those doubters as fuel to succeed. Today, Otis applies that exact same championship mindset to his business, crediting his success to his father's lessons on protecting the family name and his former coach's strict rules on professionalism and punctuality.
